Trip Overview

HP YTH will be traveling to Jamaica July 13–20, 2026 to serve at the New Vision Children’s Home near Christiana. Hosted by Bishop Michael and Bishop Grant, our students are committed to leading a four-day Vacation Bible School for local children, sharing the Gospel in the community, and encouraging nearby churches. This trip is designed not only to impact those we serve but also to help our youth grow in faith, unity, and a deeper understanding of God’s mission.

COST

The estimated cost of the Jamaica Mission Trip is $1,500 per student. Thanks to the support of our Church Missions Team, half of this amount ($750) will be covered, leaving students responsible for the remaining $750. To qualify for this support, each student must meet with the Missions Team. If payments begin in August, the balance comes to about $75 per month with the final payment due in May. .

Work hard, serve together, go together

Our goal is that no student will be left behind because of cost! To help make this trip possible, we have several fundraising events planned, including car washes, a Cake & Pie Auction, a Fat Tuesday Pancake Dinner, and a Spaghetti Dinner. These events not only help raise financial support but also give our students the opportunity to work together as a team. Participation is expected in order to benefit from the funds raised.

short day-by-day
